How it Works


Our full Books4Me Library catalogue is hosted on Librarika – an easy-to-use online platform where you can browse our collection, check availability, and manage your borrowing.

Step by Step Guide:

Step 1: Choose Your Membership Option

Sign up for the Books4Me Library Membership via Monthly Subscription by choosing one of the following membership plans:

These memberships give you access to borrow books, attend special events, and be part of our Soulful Reader community in the Holisstic4Me Enerichment Zone.

Step 2: Receive Your Library Membership Login Details

Once you've signed up, we’ll email you your personal login credentials to access our library system hosted on Librarika. With your Librarika account, you can:

  • Browse the entire Books4Me catalogue online

  • See which books are available or currently borrowed

  • Reserve titles in advance

  • Track your borrowing history and due dates

  • Request renewals

  • Submit book suggestions

  • Stay informed about new arrivals

Step 4: Reserve Your Books Online

When you've found the books you'd like to read, simply reserve them through your Librarika account.

Here's how to reserve it:

  1. Log in to your Librarika account.

  2. Search or browse for the book you'd like to borrow.

  3. On the book’s page, click “Reserve” if the title is available.

  4. You’ll receive a confirmation once your reservation is processed.

Please Note:

▪️You may reserve up to 3 books at a time for a 3-week period.

▪️If the book is currently on loan, you can still place a reservation, and you’ll be notified when it becomes available.

Step 5: Arrange Collection

Once your books are reserved, please send a WhatsApp message to 081 641 7007 to arrange a suitable collection time.

Books can be collected from the Holistic Embodiment practice:

Weekdays: 16:00-18:00
Weekends: 08:00-16:00

Step 6: Reflect & Renew

Take your time and enjoy your books.

If needed, you can request one renewal. (unless the book is on hold for someone else).

Here’s how to request a renewal:

  1. Log into your Librarika account.

  2. Go to My Borrowed Books.

  3. Click the “Renew” button next to the title.

  4. You’ll receive a notification once the renewal is approved.

Step 7: Return with Care

Please return your books on or before the due date either:

▪️ Arrange an in person drop off via WhatsApp at the Holistic Embodiment practice
or
▪️Via the designated Books4Me Return Box at the entrance.
(still under construction)

Books should be returned in the condition they were borrowed – clean and lovingly cared for.
(Please note the current condition of the books are noted before checkout to ensure fair practice).
